Stone Enjoy By 04.20.25 Double IPA

The original Enjoy By was a challenge from owner at the time Greg Koch to Brewmaster at the time Mitch Steele: brew an amazing hoppy IPA that has a super short date code. This was to push the conversation on freshness and to highlight the optimum time to enjoy IPAs. It was an instant hit and has been a yearly release in many different forms since 2012.  

As the brand has matured some of the hops used in the original recipe no longer exist or have limited supply. This made for amazing opportunities to experiment more, create beers that were spiritual successors to the original Enjoy by with their own spin on the concept.  This is one of those beers, very close to the original, but just a bit more punched up in intensity.
